Excellent property, well maintained and comfortable. Just be wary with kids as the staircase is not totally ideal but my kids 3 & 5 managed it fine

The location could not have been any better, just a few minutes walk into Dunsborough and less than 10 minutes to the beach.Nice big back garden for pets or children and the property felt secure with two lots of wooden gates to enter the rear of the property.There’s only one bathroom but the shower is fantastic and toilet in a separate room to the shower and sink.Some of the furniture is a bit tired mainly the sofas and some of the beds, but it’s a great spacious house and a perfect base to explore the local attractions.

Perfect place to unwind. Easy walk to beach and cafes/shops. Lovely relaxed vibe and shaded back garden to sit and read or kids to play. Park the car and just relax. Pet friendly too.

Host was abrupt and not helpful. The floor tiles of the house was really dirty and had to be washed particularly in corners. The windows were dirty. The only toilet was downstairs and was grubby in corners with spiders on ceiling. The worktop in shower room was wooden and rotted. Everything needs updating. No air conditioning in downstairs bedroom. house was tired and needs some TLC

House is bright and airy, was easy to find, clear self check in details, great for our family of 4 to stay as enough space in lounge room to sit together or also have the option of separate areas with the extra lounge room upstairs. Garden was beautiful and very well maintained. Fantastic pet friendly accommodation.

Host was welcoming. House a walk away from Dunsbrough town and beach. Stayed a few times will be back again next year.

Location was good, although a bit tricky getting out of drive onto main road. Facilities all good.

We loved our stay at Peppermints, great location and huge house for our family of four. The gardens were lovely and I especially enjoyed the beautiful flowering Jacaranda.We will be staying again next year !

Cute little house apon entry, stair case is a little wobbly as it is made from metal and not as supportive as a wooden one. Def some general maintenance needed for the outside of the house, no firewood when we arrived however host offered to refund and costs for firewood we got from down the road which we didnt mind just grabbing some so didnt worry about the refund. Other than these it was an amazing stay, communication with host was great, house was good for the kids when we wanted time at home as it was safe for them to play in the backyard.

Clean house very simple and easy to clean on departure, including having a small jack russel with us, he had plenty of space to roam and enjoy.

Booked a long weekend 2 with 2 adults, 3 teens and dog. Great location, plenty of room, well stocked, and clean. Was great to have a fire, plenty of blankets for the cold weather. Recommend

Great house and location. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean with a homely vibe. Communication from the host was prompt and friendly. No linen, not even a tea towel was disappointing but overall a wonderful place to stay and we had a lovely weekend.

The only negative was the upstairs double beds weren't very good and so we slept on the singles

Very comfortable and ideally situated for town and beach.

My partner and I stayed here with our miniature schnauzer. The location is fantastic ... 5 min walk to the town centre and 10 min walk to the beach and beachside walking paths. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There is a lovely yard with lawn and flowers (hibiscus and grevillea) out back, within which dogs can roam when the driveway gate is closed. Lots of bird life around too. The spiral staircase might be trouble for some, especially as most of the beds are upstairs. We didn't use the upstairs living room, but it would be very good for families. Highly recommend.

A most enjoyable stay. Beach close by dogs loved the walk and swim. Family off possums visiting at night. Short walk to Shops. Peaceful relaxing holiday After the stress from work. It’s been our third stay here at peppermint and we have booked for next year.

Hopefully we are welcome back because we will definitely stay there again

Fantastic and affordable property in great location very close to town centre, and just 10 mins drive to surfing at Yallingup/Smiths Beach. Well equipped and comfortable, and we will be back!

Has everything that you need. Kitchen utensil range is amazing, dish washer excellent, great and secure outdoor area for dogs. A GREAT PLACE TO CHILL. Everything adequately cleaned - just a couple of spots that would be covered in a spring clean, but nothing that makes you go URGH or could ever be classified as a deterrence. Bed, lounge, dining area - all very comfortable & in excellent condition. The home screams Welcome on your arrival. Light and airy - AND NO PET SMELL INSIDE - hard to come by in a pet-friendly rental. No pet fur in any corners or on furniture. Perfect location for a wander down into Dunsborough town. Fantastic location. Stroll to the centre of Dunsborough and the beach. Loved the wood heater. Wish we could have stayed longer with better weather.

Great place, easy to find, everything you need, close to town, beach and Margaret River. Clean and cosy. Great kids upstairs hangout too. Fireplace is great and HEAPS of firewood.
