Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sparkling modern kitchen with an eight-seat dining table, the home is thoughtfully designed for connection and entertaining. Two separate lounge areas provide plenty of space to unwind, including one with a cosy wood fire and TV, and anotherfeaturing a peaceful library and reading space.

Outside, the wraparound front veranda offers the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or afternoon wine, while the landscaped multi-level backyard includes outdoor seating for eight and a fire pit area, subject to local fire restrictions.

Sleeping up to ten guests, the home offers flexible bedding configurations with one king bedroom able to be split into singles, while a second king bedroom also includes a sofa bed for additional guests.

Perfectly positioned in central Daylesford, guests can easily walk to the main street cafés and shops, Mill Market and beautiful Lake Daylesford.

Dunroman offers the following flexible bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King or 2 singles

Bedroom 2 - 2 singles
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen

Bedroom 4 - 1 King and Optional sofa bed (If sofa bed isn’t requested, it won’t be made up)
