Stayed Jul 19, 2025Very worn out with damage and aging everywhere. Cant see the beach (which does make it private). Hot tub is in a dumpy rear porch not really as the photo suggests. No west gacing porch- this is a really unneeded second TV room. Wood is lifting on all porches and stairs making walking on the porch is a dangerous and splintery experience. Pool is nice but worn and damaged. Doors off rails, mattresses worn, appliances aging and poorly functional. Location is good and beach is nice in this area. It worked for us but is overpriced for what it is. I will not book this property again.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This property had a great view of the from the deck. The dolphins swimming by each day were a bonus. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our whole group. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great stay at Dune it Right. Enjoyed the large living space and proximity to beach. Pool was very large. House was generally in great condition, but had a few key maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The views, the short walk to the beach, the short walk to the grocery store & duck donuts, the pool, the hot tub, the time with family... what else is there in a trip to the beach? Also, the trip from Nags head to Avon with the dunes and bridges is so worth the 45 minutes. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and helping us make memories to last a life time!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home is gorgeous and exactly as advertised! We loved the beachfront location, listening to the waves from the third floor patio, and taking a dip in the pool. We also loved the location that’s walkable to Food Lion and restaurants but still removed from the bustle of the main road. The home is part of a beachfront enclave right with a quiet road that’s bikeable to get to farther stores. We will definitely be back to this house again!
