Pool in the back yard (heated by request for $50 per day) cook shed, fenced with lush trees and woods to the east. The inside looks large with high wood ceilings and multiple windows and glass doors to the beautiful pool area. Located on a dead-end street in a family neighborhood with 5-star restaurants nearby. Fifteen-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Host was welcoming and attentive. The pool which was THE reason we rented this house was not working well at all. We were there for 10 days and not able to use it which was VERY disappointing. The host had to have service come twice. They could not make it warm enough to swim. House was fabulous, very clean and well stock.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Me and my husband spend the 4th of July week here and it was fabulous! So close to the beach, the private pool was perfect touch as well! The property was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you could possibly need! Plan to rent this property again in the future!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The bungalow is cute, clean, and perfectly located. The pool area has a convenient outside fridge - don't miss the tripod clothes rack for swimsuits/shoes. The jungle path to the beach is adorable, making an easy walk to the beach. Communication with Grayson is prompt and she brought us some things we needed to make our stay perfect. Don't buy water! The water in the house is excellent!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well laid out so it was super spacious for 4 people. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, and the beach was easy to access. We had a super relaxing stay. The pool and backyard was a nice spot to hang after a day at the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023The Dune Bungalow is even sweeter in real life! It is a secluded paradise! The pool is so restful, the fig tree has sweet fresh figs, the place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. There is a really cool path to cross the street to a most spectacular beach. Best of all, the hosts are warm and welcoming. Truly one of the BEST places I have stayed! Thank you, Grayson! Thank you, Melanie!
