Stayed Jul 31, 2025I would say that overall our stay at this property was pleasant. Excellent location. The check in was a breeze. Great kitchen. Only one television in the house in the Livingroom, which may be ideal for some people. In my property search I overlooked that there is no washer and dryer, that's on me. Some of windows did not have shades, blinds and/or curtains - specifically the livingroom and dining room. Patio cushions were dirty. Overall a decent place to stay, just in need of a few items of convenience to receive an 'Excellent' rating from me.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Great place! Check in and communication with hosts was quick and easy. Property was clean and as described. It is an older house, in the process of being renovated. Kitchen and bathroom were lovely and functional, and kitchen was fully equipped. Loft bathroom was a little odd, but fine for a kids area.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This place was in a perfect location for the College World Series. We were far enough out of the chaos but within a 10 minute drive to the stadium and 10 minutes to other restaurants.The house is an older house with character. It was very suitable for our needs. Jason was fantastic and responded to every question very quickly.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We had a great and comfortable stay! The house is a work in progress as they uncover the beautiful woodwork! The property is well kept and the mums were beautiful outside. This home is well suited for family gatherings we had plenty of room to sit around the table and eat and play games in the evening and the outdoor patio area was well lit and comfortable. The home was well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe with people out walking. There was a dedicated parking spot which was very helpful - the streets are narrow and you can only park on one side. Host was responsive to our needs - would recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024This is a beautiful older home that was very charming. The owners are the sweetest people and were extremely helpful with a few things we needed. The house is an ongoing project right now…and is going to be even better when all the little finishing touches are done. We’re hoping to stay there again next year when we go back! There were 9 of us all together and there was plenty of room! We all had super comfy beds.. and call the kids were in a loft room, which they loved! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Stayed May 23, 2024We were in town for a few days for work and this spot was perfect for our group. What I'm looking for mostly in a vacation rental is a comfy bed and cleanliness. This checked both of those boxes. The house is definitely still a work in progress, but Jason and Rose were good hosts and I would stay here again.
