I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice large 5-bedroom house on Frio River.Very clean, nice private pool, large multiple beds in all but master bedroom. Quick response to concern. Located at end of street with no close neighbor. River access to large “pond area” even during low river flow periods. Highly recommend this house for a Frio River stay.

Reviewer Comments: Annual Frio Trip for 2024 was great, Good weather, great Friends, and House was perfect. House had plenty of Room for everyone, outdoor space was amazing! House was Stocked very well with everything you would need to have a great time.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and right next to the Frio river (quick 3 minute walk). It’s private, but convenient to everything in Concan. Our family of 8 adults and one child were perfectly comfortable around the dinner table, outside under the large area next to a fireplace and even in the kitchen where we made several meals. The Frio Premier Rentals folks were very kind and proactive, making entry and exit simple and convenient. Highly recommend!

It was clean, beds comfortable and lots of room for everyone. I will say that we should have supplied our own bath soap. Things were as advertised. I recommend highly.

Reviewer Comments: This house was awesome, the house had everything you needed for a perfect river vacation. The kitchen was amazing, had anything Ang everything you needed. Out door area just what you wanted after a long day on the river, we went as a large family group and never felt crowded. I would recommend this house for your next trip!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022We have a group of ladies that get together every year that graduated from Snyder high school in 1976. We all agreed that Dulce Vida is our favorite house since we started getting together! It was PERFECT for visiting both inside and outside. The kitchen was the perfect size and nicely furnished with all drawers and cabinets labeled which is so helpful!! The river is very close and easily accessible!! We will definitely be back in the future!!

It is walking distance to the river which makes it perfect. Sarah is incredibly prompt in responding to questions. I highly recommend this house. Can’t wait to book for 2023😊
