Nice stay

Really nice property. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. We needed nothing, everything we needed was provided. Strong recommendation!

Absolutely no complaints! Clean and spacious accomodations that allowed more than enough room for my family while we visited the area for a few days during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed to get to. Any communication with hosts was fast..very responsive. We will definitely be back if we ever need a place to stay.

Nice and close to the horse park.

We were 2 families, one with a teen and one with a 3 & 6 year old. There was plenty of space for everyone. Ample towels and washclothes, everything was very clean. The neighborhood was decent and quiet. We were not far from Lexington one way and The Ark Experience the other direction. We all enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Enjoyed our stay even with 6 teenage baseball players, there was plenty of room for everyone! House was well stocked, clean and close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the fans in the bedrooms!

Great place to stay- easy to get to lots of attractions. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice big towels and good bed linens.

Stayed during March to attend a competition at the Kentucky Horse Park. Very clean and comfortable home, convenient access to many stores, restaurants, amenities, the KHP and Lexington. Will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Nice place, house was clean. Nice neighborhood. Our main issue was one of the draws to this listing was hot tub being listed as an amenity. Through a VRBO glitch, this was listed inaccurately. While not the fault of the host, we weren't informed of proper procedures and therefore werent able to get our money back....despite us paying up to stay here and stay farther away from the event we came to town for. As I say, overall nice house. Quiet area. Clean. Just frustrated about VRBO error and then not being informed of proper procedures for getting refund/money back. this property

Your place was perfect. 8 girls from ages 13-51came for a horse festival. Your home was perfect. We were all comfortable and had our own areas to separate.

Home was nice and clean. Loved that it had lots of towels. We were a group of women in town for the Horsey 100 bike ride, and we appreciated the cleanliness and towels! Everything was accurate as on website. Only one problem was ants in the kitchen by the oven. Not a big deal but just FYI on that. I would stay here again.
