It was a great stay! Matched the listing and all of the kitchen appliances needed to be able to cook good meals on site. Also in a very walkable neighborhood which was great for morning walks.

Condo was well equipped and beds were very comfy.

Awesome and roomy place, cool neighborhood. Two primary suites which was great for us (two couples). The host was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay, not quite great. Location was excellent, the townhouse was quite roomy, pool was just steps away, liked that master bath had a seat and mirror but a couple of concerns.Pictures showed a functioning fountain but the one in backyard hasn't been functioning in quite some time, suggest homeowner take that picture down. In the master shower there was a half used cake of soap, and no other new soap available for showers so husband went out and bought one for each shower, also no dishwasher pods as described in welcome kit( and husband even checked the shed) but really like that laundry soap and dryer sheets were available in laundry room. Chipped paint on cabinet doors and a few burnt out lights, grill needs a good cleaning, so could use a little TLC, but overall really enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if we return to Scottsdale.

The heater was giving us trouble and it wouldn't make the house warmer than 69 degrees. Discovering this on Dec. 23 made it difficult to get serviced said Santiago. We bought a heater at Home Depot that helped keep the larger entertainment room warmer than 69. House was clean and we had family over for the Christmas Broncos Football game. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Master bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable. Suggest replacing. Overall Great Trip, Good Place to stay.

Spacious, comfortable & clean single story condo.

Location was great for travel around the area. The layout was very nice with large rooms and a lovely patio in the back.Pool is practically next door.

This property was FANTASTIC, A. So convenient to the great amenities!House was clean, the neighborhood was quiet! EXCELLENT pool area too!We'd definitely stay here again. Santiago was an AMAZING HOST A

2 bedrooms with 2 towels each, 1 hand towel 1 wash cloth for a 6 day stay. Coffee maker (1 cup keurig maker) didnt work most of the time. Could not get into the pool for the first 3 days out of 6 day stay. Carpet was dirty with stains.

Very charming townhouse in great location for playing at Salt River Fields. Great pool literally 20 steps away. The two master suites were very comfortable. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area.

The place was great! And in a fantastic location!

Our stay was good. I gave some suggestions, and have heard no response. The carport is painted with Very slick gray paint. I slipped and fell. I told the homeowner to advise other guests and I havr not heard back from him.

It was okey,the house is clean but there is a certain smell,the garbage bin is full and stinks so bad the whole stay/a week.

Good property with a very good host. Great communication with us. Very close to a clean and well done pool and hot tub. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. All necessary items were included. Patio furniture needed repairs and to be cleaned as did the grill. All in all we had a very pleasant experience at the townhouse.

Broken faucet. Terrible linens. Dirty when arrived. Very dissatisfied, spending that much for a place that’s not kept up. Pillows outside were dirty. Kitchen silverware not enough. Need to throw out most towels and cloths, they were like rags

The property was in good condition, the beds were VERY comfortable and the house was so spacious. The kitchen was nicely equipped and even had some spices. A great stay.

The facility was nice but the amenities were inadequate. We got one wash cloth and one face towel both threadbare for a nine day stay. One of the bedroom TV's did not work. There were at least 6 light bulbs out. A Kureg coffee pot that only occasionally worked. Could not use the pool because we could not find the key that was supposedly left. One of reclining chairs wouldn't. Greater attention to details needs to be made.

Perfect for a family of 4. Safe and secure neighborhood. Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.

Good stay. Scottsdale a great place

The condo is spacious but dark and no sun in the back yard. Kitchen is equipped which was nice. However Santiago is not quick to respond... A week later we received a notice from the insurance company stating we had broken a lamp which we did not. Two women in their 60's that took care of the place and left it clean for the cleaning people. I hope this gets resolved.

We loved having the space and privacy of a house and it was definitely cost effective for us! We enjoyed visiting Old Scottsdale, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Desert Bell tour of Saguaro Lake. The home was convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and touristy activities. It is beautiful with a wonderful backyard to enjoy the Arizona sunshine! Minor repairs were recommended to the owner. It is a beautiful Arizona home with so many little extras! We loved our stay and the wonderful accommodations. We hope to return again in the future.

We would definitely stay here again! We needed an early check in which was a breeze which we were thankful for. Great location. Very quiet. Had everything we needed. The showers had great pressure and hot hot quick. The whole process was and stay was perfect! Thank you!
