Stayed Mar 3, 2024The property is located in a run down neighborhood. The outside of the property pretty well matches that run down aesthetic. Inside was a completely different experience. Newer model higher end appliances and finishes. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counters. The only negatives about the inside is the faint smell of cigarettes and other smoking aromas that hit you hard when you walk up the stairs in. The living room furniture is decent but filthy. The chairs and sofa are heavily stained. The owner was very communicative and pleasant.

Stayed Apr 3, 2023Great location as far as getting to downtown…however neighborhood felt a little mixed. Many run down properties right next to redone great properties. Not a bad place, just didn’t give off super safe vibes either
