Our recently renovated property which was the old village school, is completed to a high standard and is wonderfully bright and spacious. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms we are ideally located in a beautiful rural location less than 10 minutes from Inverness City Centre. The best of both worlds! Use us as your base to explore the Highlands. Our situation is perfect for exploring Inverness, The Black Isle, Loch Ness, Culloden, Clava Cairns, as well as further afield. If you are arriving bypublic transport we can pick you up in Inverness. There is a large private parking area outside the house and it's free of charge.

The house has it's own utility room with a washing machine and an electric clothes drier.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a microwave and a dish washer. If you prefer to eat out the near by village of North Kessock boasts a pub and a tea-room, both of whom serve great food. Free wi-fi is provided, although with so much to see and do, we hope you will relax and switch your phone off!
