Driller’s Den III Newly Remodled-4 bdrm/3 bath-Close to Expo and Midtown

Beds were super comfortable! Had a wonderful stay!

This was our 3rd year staying at this home. The host is amazing, the space is perfect for our needs and the location is very versatile.

The house was great as always. We’ve stayed there three times and will continue to every time we go to Tulsa. John is a great host has always let us check in early at no extra charge.

Very nice place! Easily accommodated 6 adults. We were in town for a wedding and the three full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have room to get ready.

Nice property in decent neighborhood. Stayed at house with family during cattle show at fairgrounds.

Amazing!! We loved our stay away from Home! And prefect dog friendly and super responsive! My fiancé was in a climbing competition over the weekend and we needed an affordable place that allowed dogs. We had a late day Sunday and they allowed us to stay longer! So worth it! Definitely will stay there again!

We had a mini family reunion, in town for a wedding. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and loved the coffee bar. The beds were comfortable and loved the towels. Would stay there again if we ever make it back to Tulsa. Location was great for us.

Just a couple of girls in town for the AKC National Agility Championship. This house is not in a new area of town but the neighbors were vey nice. It is a short drive from the expo center. The house is lovely, with a great backyard for the dogs. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Me, my husband and our friends stayed here for Chili Bowl and we had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and the beds were VERY comfortable! Will be staying here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. The home is as described and very clean. Met all of our needs and expectations. John was easy to work with when a winter storm hit and we were unable to travel home and needed to extend our stay.

This is my second year booking this property. The house is clean, updated and accommodates my needs every year. The property manager is very an accessible and communicative. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great for a girls trip for an event at the BOK! Location was perfect, house was clean, lots of space. The pool table was a fun add, there were plenty of great places to eat nearby. The host had great recommendations, and was super responsive. My only conplaint was that the cleaning solution scent was overpowering when we first got there. It did dissipate over time. Overall great trip!

Our barn came and stayed for a horse show and the house was super clean and very spacious. Perfect for a large group!

The space of the house was nice. Having the 2 bathrooms adjoined to the bedrooms was great and the 3rd bath for the other 2 rooms to share works nice when your traveling friends. The neighborhood was a little uncomfortable for my taste. The houses on each side looked to be vacant. The house also had air fresheners all around that seemed to be there to cover up old smells. For one that is sensitive to fragrances it gave me a headache (thankfully we were not in the home much as we were there for a 4h event). The owner was easy to get a hold of when needed. I also appreciated the phone call on the day of our arrival letting us know the house was ready early for us to check in.

Overall good stay! We really enjoyed it!!! We were disappointed in a few ways and would make the following suggestions: put a tv in the second master bedroom as there was no tv; the access to wall outlets was very limited, possibly rearrange rooms to allow easier access; add a nightstand table in the first master bedroom; we suggest the following to enable better handicap accessibility: a handrail added to the back steps; the front porch furniture prevents usable access to steps on the side of the porch as the step in front of the door was too high for disabled to step up; however, the front porch furniture can be easily moved to ground level. These are just some positive suggestions/ideas to make stays more accessible as well as successful. Please don’t misunderstand, we totally enjoyed our stay!!! It’s a very nice home! We would stay again, for sure!

The house is stunning! Great neighborhood, great neighbors. The house was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities that’s you can want. The interior style was warming and very inviting. I give the host 5 out 5 stars. Host was very accommodating, tentative the needs of my family.. I would recommend this home to anybody!!!
