The spa was concrete and connected to the pool...lovely! Nice balcony and super beachy views. Rooms were clean and lots of towels and linens were provided. Every kitchen appliance in the world!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home overall not bad. Mainly disappointed in the mgmt company who never supplied some is the items we asked for. We talked to the company 3x, and they said it would be delivered each time. I gave up calling them. For what I paid for a week, sorely disappointed!

The house is clean and well maintained as well as well stocked with amenities. I would suggest larger bath towels rather than the sample size shampoo, etc. amenity kits.

The only negative we have and have had for 2 years now, is the queen mattress upstairs is AWFUL. Two people cannot sleep in it as there is a hole in the middle and the 2 people roll into each other in the middle of the bed. r

Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids. We filled both refrigerators and used the laundry room every day. All the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Being steps from the ocean and private pool with hot tub made it relaxing and convenient. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the deck. We were just minutes away from the many seafood restaurants on hwy 17.
