Stayed Jun 7, 2026Very comfortable, immaculately clean private mid century home on double lot w beautiful trees. 2 blocks from newly renourished wide beach, 5 minute walk walk to The Salty Dog. 2 nd floor w nice open floor plan kitchen, dining and living rooms w separate wing for 3 comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked. 1 st floor rec room stocked w games, TV w separate bedroom and bathroom in separate wing. Wide furnished side deck with Grill and with narrower wraparound to front of house. Deck accessible from front yard and small fenced in back yard as well as from living room,dining room and bedroom. Fenced area also accessible from carport. Large furnished screened-in porch w ceiling fan. Perfect for multigenerational family vacations w dogs. Communication w owners/ realty agents excellent. very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026Our home was lovely and close to beach. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. It was nice to have all the extras (e.g., basic spices, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, etc.) so we didn't have to bring or buy for the week. The homeowners were good about communicating about everything from check in to check out.

Stayed Feb 28, 2026Absolutely awesome experience! Have probably done 10 rentals in sea pines over the years And this was by far the best. The communication prior and during the stay was amazing. House was lacking nothing! So clean and had absolutely everything you needed down to a digital meat thermometer. Location to the Beach was 5 min walk. Same for Salty Dog. And that upper porch was our favorite spot for the week. Highly highly recommend. Could not have been better

Stayed Jan 20, 2026We loved this place for a break from the cold weather in Maine with our dogs. Two minute walk to the great beaches, 4 minute walk to Salty Dog, 15 minute drive to town. Everything one would need for cooking and dining was provided for, we had a friends over for a salmon cookout on the gas grill on the deck. The fenced in backyard was a big plus for out mutts. Our hosts were most helpful and accommodating of our request to extend our stay when the weather got worse up north. We will be back!

Stayed May 22, 2025We truly enjoyed the property. It was a great location close to the beach and had wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the spacious quarters, screen porch and deck, and the downstairs game room. There was plenty of fridge and counter space, as well as bathrooms and bedrooms of different types for our group. Everything we could need was provided in the house. House managers were responsive to our questions. No items needed repair. Overall A.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025The home was well maintained and ideal for our family. Meals on the screened porch were a family favorite. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected for a second row home. There is not a direct path meaning you have to go out to the main road, over and then use a public beach access. Not too far and an easy walk, just a little more than anticipated.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Have rented many houses in Sea Pines over the years nothing beats this location , access to beach, pet friendly a big plus., the small fenced area makes a big difference at night. House very well stocked up in kitchen , laundry , towels , bathroom shampoo etc very clean and a super nice deck. We will be staying here in the future . Thank you !
