We had a wonderful stay in Avoca, thank you to our hosts. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious and a short walk to the beach

Our stay at Drift Luxury Beach House was perfect! We were three family travelling together with young kids and the house offered plenty of space for each family. Every family had their own bathroom and large rooms meaning we didn’t feel cramped at all. Lots of comfortable play areas including an outside deck and front balcony which were family friendly and really nice. Very close proximity to the beach meant that we could easily walk there without navigating parking. Amenities were excellent with beach equipment (the wagon was a real life saver!), kitchen supplies, great laundry supplies - making it really easy to stay for the week. Very clean with some great children’s toys and books. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Easy walk to beach, food & drink available from surf club, fish & chip shop & cafes. Myself & extended family all want to stay here again. Highly recommended. Heather the host was so easy to deal with & kindly allowed us a late checkout.

This beach house is absolutely stunning and exceptionally well equipped, all you need to bring are your beach towels! The home was spotless upon arrival and beautifully presented. Each of the bedrooms was spacious and very comfortable, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.A convenient walking path runs directly in front of the house, leading straight to the beach, just a short, pleasant stroll away. The location is excellent, with the Avoca Beach Surf Club and Avoca Beach House also situated nearby, making dining and beach access incredibly easy.Heather, the host, was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. She kindly arranged an early check-in and late check-out, which gave us some extra time to enjoy our stay, something we truly appreciated.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, well located, and beautifully maintained beach escape. I’m already looking forward to returning next year!

Group of a few families, stayed over the weekend. The house is so gorgeous and spacious. Two levels, including two living room areas, two kitchens, multiple balconies/terrace areas. Location is superb, 3 min walk through the park to the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed.Highly recommend!

The house is beautifully set up for visitors. There are two levels, hence ample space, natural light and thoughtful interior design. Our family loved it, would definitely recommend. The beach, cafes etc is a short stroll away

We loved staying at Heather’s beach house. The house has everything and is perfect for a little weekend away with multiple families with young kids! It’s also a 3 min walk to the beach!

Perfect central living area with space for all. Large and comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen, convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is hard to find fault (no pool, but hey, it’s only a couple of hundred metres to the beach

Our family including 2 toddler grandsons had an amazing few days at Drift luxury beach house. The house was beyond our expectations with location, cleanliness, extras including toys books etc and so much space to be accomodate everyone. All this made for a very enjoyable family weekend away. Heather was an amazing host and her great communication was appreciated. We would love to return at a future time.

The house is gorgeous! Modern, clean, great size, huge comfortable living area, great sized well appointed kitchen and just minutes from the beach, cafe’s and restaurants! ** careful of your head when you walk up the main staircase as there’s a fabulous light fixture that hangs low partly over the stairs ** a sign on the switch near the front door exit button would be great, to ensure it’s in the correct position to lock the door when you leave the house **some of the details need to be updated in the information pack Apart from the few negatives, we would definitely book again!
