The lower-level outdoor living area is perfect for all-weather use and includes a sectional with seating for 10, a 60 Smart TV with cable, wet bar with seating, mini-fridge, and dining table for 6. The fully updated cabana bath includes ceramic tile flooring, custom tile and vanity, and a glass shower with dual showerheads. The pool area has ample seating, a dining table for 6, and an expansive yard for games and fun. You will spend all your time there when you are not at the beach.

Inside, find a lovely, freshly painted, and updated interior with tasteful appointments. The top floor game room and gathering area has an ocean view and includes a pool table, dry bar ready to stock with ice and drinks, mini-fridge, and a living area with a queen sleeper sectional, new Smart TV that includes cable and all the apps you need for games and streaming. The upper level also includes two queen bedrooms with cable and Smart TVs for streaming. The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. You are just a short drive to many family activities including putt-putt, movies, groceries, and more. Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot Tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
