Head upstairs and you will enter into a completely different, yet equally amazing second living space with another fully equipped kitchen, a wall of windows that look out to the sea of sand and blue water beyond, and a gorgeous living area with a fireplace as the centerpiece. Three bedrooms call this level home as well including one with an office space for working remotely if need be. When the sky turns pink and orange, head out to the balcony or really spoil yourself and hang out with everyone on the rooftop terrace that definitely has the best view in the area. Plus, you can easily fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal as the stars come out. Don't hesitate to book this gem, as it won't last long!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We rent for a partial or full week every year and we loved thee space and the view. It was a little hassle for our large group to have both units with an exterior stair, but we quickly got use to it. Highly recommend spot!
This is a great place in a wonderful location. The house shows a little wear and tear but overall pretty good. Close to everything in Balboa. It could use some better instructions on how things work and more accurate information for the key codes and locks. Overall a nice place to stay if you have a large group that likes the option of retreating to your own place.
The location of this property is fabulous. We didn’t have any issues with people around us at all. The property has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The upper unit is much nicer and has the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The top upstairs deck was great when it was a little chilly outside but it’s falling apart. The units are missing little things, can openers, wine openers, trash bags. There was no broom with a handle so we ordered one of those as well. Each until had 2 extra trash bags which isn’t enough for a large group. The internet worked fine for us when we were there. Overall it was a property that fit our needs but the pictures online make it look much more updated than it is. Overall we will be back to the area but a different unit on the beach.
We loved being able to access beach (toes in the sand). Loved that volleyball net was very close. Interiors were updated and clean. Bedrooms were good sizes and accommodated 10 people comfortably. Rooftop deck was nice but needed some updating. Neighbors were quiet. Accordion doors downstairs allowed for a nice breeze. Appliances were updated and nice. Nice to have AC but downstairs unit was leaking. The view was impeccable. Overall a great stay.
Loved the property and the location. Problems with Internet and televisions. There was a large television in every room but none of them worked except the main room. The Internet was up and down. Luckily we weren't there for the technology. Balboa Island and the ferry were in close walking distance. Very uncrowded and peaceful.
They advertise this property as a single family. It is not, it is two separate condos. A Family with kids would not work as you have to go out of the unit and go upstairs that are outside to access the other unit. You cannot see the ocean but right on the sand. The roof top was not as nice as it shows in the pictures…needs updating. Was not stocked well, but they did provide more towels when we requested. Patio is nice but main table needs to be replaced as it is falling apart and making a mess on the ground. Need to provide instructions on TV's and retractable awning…there is a switch at the bar that needs to be on in order for it to work…overall we had a great time but was disappointed with property for the amount of $
I loved that it is right on the beach, it has nice decor. It should be very clear though that this property is two separate units and not one home. There is an upstairs unit with access to the rooftop and there is a downstairs unit with no access to rooftop but access to front porch.
Location is great but rental wasn’t 100% ready or stocked. No instructions were provided for anything in the house and kitchen was lacking supplies
