The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom has convenient access to a full bathroom. Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with premium toiletries. All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    This location was absolutely fantastic! It had the most beautiful, un-obstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the couch facing the beach and listening to the waves crash on the rocks. It was exactly what we needed! It was nice to have an iron and ironing board to iron. Our clothes out of the luggage in the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could. Thank you, Beachfront Property for a beautiful location, for being quick to respond and the garage was a nice touch to be able to get off the street. Thanks again for the relaxing retreat.

    Very enjoyable. Clean condo, comfy beds, wonderful shower, and great view. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! Would have liked more clarity on parking regarding spacing and the lift space behind us, spotty internet connection, and the smaller television is in an awkward place so we had to move furniture around to watch it. Great property managers who responded to any questions very quickly and were extremely polite. We would definitely stay here again!!!

    The location was great. We really enjoyed looking at the ocean and opening the glass doors and hearing the surf.It was nice having off-street parking, but there was some confusion about the garage door code. Luckily, we could get into the garage to open it from the inside, so it wasn't a particularly big problem.

    Great place to stay. Kids loved the beach, about a 6 minute walk away. View is incredible, could stare out the open doors at ocean for hours, with wonderful sound of waves crashing.

    What a great place! Walking to the door we could smell the salty ocean air, the breeze blowing and the sound of the waves. Stepping into the condo, opening the tall sliding glass balcony doors, the view is breathtaking. Relaxing and watching the waves, surfers, beach goers, and keeping an eye out for the dolphins was therapeutic. The layout was very nice, stocked with all one would need. Easy garage parking and close to restaurants for dining. But really, you’ll just want to look out those big living room doors to the view.
