Stayed Aug 16, 2025Great location. 9 of my family members stayed for a week and everyone loved it. We mostly cooked food at the house and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking items. Extremely close to the beach (4 minute walk). Neighborhood was awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It’s always been great. It has everything that one would need for a great beach trip. Aside from AC troubles this last week it’s always been great. We were taken care of for the inconvenience and we as renters are happy. See you next year!

We had a toddler with us and were surprised to see how many useful items they had for him to use. There was a high chair, a bath tub, toys, and even gates for the steps. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is spacious with plenty of room for families. The pool is just right for when you come off the beach and need a cool swim. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, etc that I have ever stayed at. We loved our stay here. And a plus is that it does have an elevator to use for luggage and groceries. Lots of parking. The only thing is if you need to charge your golf cart there is not an outside outlet.

ALSO STAYED HERE APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS AGO. HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN BUT IT IS GETTING VERY TIRED, EXPECIALLY THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND BEDS. SAME FURNITURE (LIVING ROOM) FROM 15 YRS AGO AND IS BREAKING DOWN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. WE LOVE THE HOUSE, LOCATION AND GARDEN CITY REALTY - MAY NEED TO LOOK AT A DIFFERENT PROPERTY UNLESS UPDATES ARE FORTHCOMING. WE TOOK OUR YARD BLOWER THIS YEAR TO KEEP THE POOL AREA CLEAN; LOSING BATTLE DUE TO TREE ON ADJACENT PROPERTY. POOL SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THERE WAS NO SKIMMER NET TO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN- A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WITH THAT. GREAT KITCHEN WITH EVERTHING AND MORE! KAREN AND VALERIE (I THINK ARE THEIR NAMES) HAVE THE HOUSE VERY CLEAN. HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS HOUSE BUT IT IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRED.
