Stayed May 17, 2025Planned a fun girls overnight getaway May 2025. Communication was easy and the home was lovely! Very spacious and we loved the multiple outside decks. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024The house was so pleasant and beautifully decorated. There was room for plenty of people to sleep. We entertained using the BBQ and the kitchen. There is seating at the bar area and kitchen table. It was perfect. There were so many ways to hang outside.. back and front balconies, the dock… I would love to go back for a longer stay

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Pictures looked great, but they must have been taken ages ago. the property was worn and in great need of an update. There were no garbage bags and it took 6 hrs for the owner to leave me a message. There was dirty bedding laundry in two of the the closets.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We had a great family gathering in this beautiful house. Everything was as stated, great open layout with lots of seating. Fantastic lagoon views from back deck and beautiful marsh views from front deck. Quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. Close to LBI beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thanks, Ken

Stayed Sep 9, 2022Property has beautiful views and was perfect for our group of friends! Nice little neighbour hood. The only issue we had was with the upstairs toilet not flushing properly. Overall great stay!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022This was a perfect location to celebrate a birthday. Right on the lagoon, and close to beach. The neighborhood was extremely quiet so we were able to enjoy family time on one of the many porches. Host were very easy to get ahold of if needed. The house was clean and very open.
