Dream villa in Cape Coral for 8 people, directly on the lake and access to the golf course

The house is almost as good as the photo's. It's only better the photo's don't do it justice. The only thing we don't like about the house is that they clean the BBQ way to well so it is not seasoned when you use it for the first time.

This house is amazing. It has everything you need down to a luggage scale. The pool and hot tub are truly better than the photos look. Thank you Ralf we had a great time!

We were very happy with the property; there was an electrical issue/kitchen lights but everything was done to fix the situation that they could.

The house is just as pictured! The outdoor amenities and views are spectacular! We had 2 families for four stay in this house and there was plenty of room and plenty of things to do. We loved staying there especially if you don’t mind traveling (10-15 mins) to get to stores. The area is peaceful and quiet. Our TV was turned off a day too soon and WiFi is spotty so that made it challenging the day with the kids. Thank you for making Cape Coral a wonderful vacation experience!

This house is amazing. The pool and hot tub are amazing and gave the kids something to do, when we were at the house. The house had everything you needed plus more. Highly recommend staying here.

Words and pictures do not do this property justice. As beautiful as you think it is, it is even better in person! The house has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with state of the art appliances. The best part of all? The outdoor space! We spent the majority of our time there. From the pool to the spa to the loungers, there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also an outdoor kitchen, a shower, and a bathroom. We absolutely fell in love with this place and cannot wait to stay again!

This was a great property, with an amazing pool. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed exploring Cape Coral, Matlacha, Sanibel, and Ft Myers. Lots of great beaches and restaurants in the area. The only real complaint is, as alot of people have pointed out, the internet is bad, like really bad (seems like not much can be done about it). Cell coverage is spotty as well, so just bad overall there. Other than that, wonderful house, pool, and great location.

This was my family’s first trip not staying on the beach so we were all a little worried. But we had a amazing week! The home is exactly as pictured. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loved the pool! I would definitely recommend this property! The only issue we had was internet is very slow and our cell service wasn’t the best.

This is by far the best rental property my family has used. The house had anything you could ever need for a week at the pool (or some time at the beach if you so choose). The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of plush towels and beach towels, the pool area was well stocked and the garage had lots of extras if need be. The best part of this property was the level of cleanliness. I typically expect that I am going to have to do some cleaning when I arrive at a rental because my standards are usually too high. I didn't have to touch a thing. There was no mold in the shower, no crumb in any drawer, no dust on any surface, no sand on the floor and no spots on a single faucet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested, The only downside was this is about 40-50 minutes from Fort Meyers airport and if you are renting a boat (which the owner generously installed cleats for), be aware you are a good 50 minutes or so from open water.

Pros: It was a very clean and well-kept property. I loved that there was a bathroom off of each of the bedrooms, and an outside bathroom by the pool. The beds and furniture were pretty comfortable. The pool and spa were used and enjoyed daily (the pool man came on Tuesday morning). I also really enjoyed the large bathtub and shower room. The location was great, it was in a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads which made for a peaceful stay. Stores were about 15 minutes away (Walmart, Target, Publix) and beaches about an hour away (we went to Ft. Myers and Venice Beach). The sunsets over the water were absolutely beautiful to watch every night on the lanai. The host/owner as well as the property managers were easy to contact and pleasant to interact with. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick, Adam did both for us and he was really nice. (Note: When they show you how to control the pool/spa area, I recommend writing things down or taking a video as a point of reference). This was our first experience renting a house for vacation, and it was a good one overall. Cons: The Wifi was out for most of our stay, but it did work well the few times it was up and running. But something I feel should be made known is that you cannot stream any type of video over the Wifi (the location of the house is in an area without a good connection, so only music streaming and internet surfing are allowed. No YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc. There is a way to do something with a sim card that would allow you to stream these services, but I'm not that technically advanced so we didn't attempt to do this.) This was probably the biggest negative for our family because I had planned on using Zoom to get some work done while there, and we had even brought our Roku so my grandpa could watch TV while the rest of us did other things (he has health issues so his ability to do stuff is limited.) The TVs do have cable so it's not like you're left without anything, I enjoyed watching re-runs of the Office and some movies. We tried to use our phone data, but our service inside the house was terrible (Boost Mobile). Perhaps other networks would give you better coverage, I'm not sure. However, if streaming isn't a huge concern for you, this really is a nice sort of off-the-grid oasis for people to enjoy. Two more things: Trash ran Thursday morning instead of Friday as the paperwork said, and the blinds in the two pool-view bedrooms need to be fixed, they don't close properly.
