Dream House In The Heart Of Lewes - Just a few steps to the beach!

The property was filthy. Kitchen cabinets and floor were sticky and dirty. Kitchen wall was covered with food stains. Living room carpet was stained and grossly dirty. Sofa was disgusting with stains especially on the arm rests. Back porch floor was sandy. Chairs covered with black mildew. This is especially disgusting when having small children crawling and climbing on the furniture. Spent the first few hours upon arrival cleaning. These are just a few examples of the property. Will not return to this property.

Excellent location, nice accommodations

The property was less than a one minute walk to the beach, clean, and we loved the screened in porch. Ryan was very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying in this property again.

Even better than it appears in the photos. Peaceful indoors and out. Semi-private beach is basically across the street. Ryan responds immediately to any questions. Truly perfect in every way.

Beach access & all the amenities of home!! Who could ask for anything more!! Highly recommend this rental if staying in/around Lewes or other nearby beaches & historical landmarks. Thank you!!

Can't beat the location .. gazing, listening at the marsh . A block to the beach .. seagulls , the rythym of the tides

The house was large enough that everyone had space. Open and airy. Good air conditioner Kitchen stocked well enough for our purposes to cook or we were able to make do. Just a short drive to our favorite restaurants and ice cream places. Was able to host additional family members who could not spend the night to the beach for a day plus a cookout. It didn't take long before we all were calling it home. Wi Fi worked great. The little one enjoyed her TV shows while waiting for the next event to occur. Look forward to next summer at the beach. Perhaps we will have a two week vacation

Great place to stay with my family.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at Ryan's place. It was perfect proximity to the quiet beach and the screened-in porch served a perfect location for game nights, safe from mosquitoes. It was very convenient that Ryan and family provided linens and bath towels as most rentals require you to provide your own. We really enjoyed the property and town and plan on returning next year, maybe well rent the full house! Ryan was always prompt in responding to my questions, even after the stay. I believe that this has been my best HomeAway rental experience due to Ryan's helpful demeanor and the wonderful condition of the rental property! I highly recommend this property and renting from Ryan and family!
