Dream 2-Story Home w/Deck, A/C, Hot Tub, Gas Grill, W/D - Walk to the Beach

Our stay on York Ct was wonderful! The home is clean, it was so helpful to have a parking spot, the beach chairs in the garage were perfect for reading our books and watching the sunset from the beach, and we appreciated the basic household supplies that were provided: shampoo, conditioner & body wash, laundry & dishwasher detergent, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and access to the beach and boardwalk. We visited many local establishments and had a lot of fun touring around San Diego. Access to/from the airport was easy as well. All together a 5-star experience! We will be back, hopefully for a longer stay the next time.

Perfect location for absolutely everything! From beach to food to drinks and entertainment, it was all so convenient! The house had everything we could need and more! We loved having beach chairs and a beach tote available and the cards and games were such a fun touch! Cribbage at the beach, Uno and bananagrams on the cute private deck. We used the hot tub everyday as well! 10/10 and we can't wait to stay again!

Great location, had all we needed

Great location, close to beach, and restaurants. House was clean and kitchen had everything one needs. The condo is small but quite functional. It was great to have a washer and dryer and an extra 1/2 bath downstairs. The only improvement I can see is to replace the carpets with laminated flooring because the carpeting (especially the stairs carpeting are quite old). Overall, we would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming San Diego home! It was the perfect beach getaway for our family. The house was clean, cozy, and had such a welcoming feel—it instantly felt like home. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed—restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, you name it. The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which was a huge help with our flight. We especially appreciated all the beach gear—chairs, towels, toys—which made our time by the ocean even better. We had such a great experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

I can't express enough that the location of this home is beyond perfect. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The house was quaint yet perfect for our little family. Hot tub and porch was a wonderful touch to the end evenings especially when it was a little chilly. Love the tractable porch canopy with the lights that made dinners outside spectacular. All of the greenery surrounding the porch and hot tub was so relaxing. Sleeping accommodations for our teens and ourselves was comfortable. I'd suggest cooking in this quaint little kitchen and having dinner on the patio. Having the garage parking was so much appreciated as parking is hard to find. We will be back. This is a wonderful rental.

Had an amazing time, home is very well kept, and very comfortable. Great spot to relax and within walking distance to mission and PB beach spots.

My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters stayed here for a little vacation. The location is perfect, as you are less than one minute from the beach and a couple of minutes from the bay. We loved the house, but there were a couple of things we didn't care for. For some reason, the flies were out of control on the back patio and since we loved having the light in, we would leave the doors open and the flies would come inside. We couldn't find a fly swatter in the house, but rolled up a magazine. One of the shower's upstairs needs to have the shower door replaced as it kept getting stuck in the track. We LOVED all of the beach items available for use; towels, chairs, an umbrella (was broken but still worked a little bit), and a little beach caddy to roll everything out there. We would have loved to have bicycles as well, but that's okay. Overall, this is a wonderful place for the cost.
