Dramatic oceanfront views. Open high ceilings. Huge deck & walls of windows!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it worked out great for our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and our dog. Clean and kitchen is well appointed making it easy to make some meals and save some money on eating out. Location is also very central so you are close to everything and the views absolutely cannot be beat. We will absolutely stay here again.

Everything was excellent during our stay. House was clean and cozy. Great views and had some great sunsets with walks on the beach. Fireplace was a perfect addition for our stay and kept the main room warm. The only thing we were lacking was a crab cracker but we managed.

One of the most memorable Thanksgivings!!! View was more than we could have imagined, made it a wonderful holiday with our grown kids

The location was perfect for exploring the area along with neighboring towns.

The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and coffee. Super clean! The beds were comfortable! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views!

the view is so amazing. saw whales spouting and rolling and breaching right from the deck. it was a nice large comfortable home. access to the beach is just a few steps down the road. perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was the perfect size for our group of four adults—plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful.The highlight was without a doubt the stunning ocean view—it truly took our breath away every single day. We loved starting our mornings with coffee while watching the waves, and ending our evenings with those unbeatable sunsets.Communication with the owner was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made everything even smoother and more enjoyable. If we could make just two small suggestions, it would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms and slightly more comfortable chairs outside—but those are minor compared to how amazing this property is.We will absolutely be staying here again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Lincoln City getaway!

GREAT VIEW , BUT have no smoking policy in house but we both have sensitive senses & noticed tint of cigar ? smoke in house & found 1/2 smoked cigar on deck !! also dog hairs on couch , rugs !! otherwise , nice house , quiet !!

The view is fantastic. Would stay there again just for the view. Lots of floor space for infant learning to crawl. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some warm weather during our stay could have used a fan in the bedroom.Streets are narrow so not a great location to walk with children. A few houses down there are steps that take you to the beach(110 steps) but easy to navigate. Never used the downstairs at the house except to put laundry in before leaving didn’t need it. Great coffee shops close by.

The front bathroom smelled awful of sewer. Kitchen cabinet door fell off. No shampoo or conditioner provided.Second bedroom bed super uncomfortable. They need to upsgrade to a new King, there is plenty of room. Cross breeze noted but screens were not in place.patio for oxen view needs updating. Dirty and rough.

Great views from big and nice deck, close beach access and beach is very clean and nice. Convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good parking. We took lots of photos!

Great house for a weekend getaway. My wife and I stayed overnight here. Fireplaces worked, more than one roll of paper towels, didn't use them but they seem to be a luxury item in most houses, clean linens that smelled good, everything in the house worked, fantastic view, clean windows you could actually see through as well as a jetted tub that actually worked. My wife liked that fact that there were extra blankets in the closet for the bedroom.Cons: One of the beds squeaked very badly when moving around at night. Garage door code did not work, not a big deal as you could open the door from inside when you gained accessAll in all a very nice place. I really wished that VRBO and all properties for that matter had earlier check ins and later check outs. When you pay the amount of money you do for a residence like this and you technically only get 18 Hours to stay it seems like you don't get your monies worth.

Most beautiful and well kept rental we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of comfy places to sit and the view can’t be beat. Loved the fireplaces, jacuzzi tub and ocean sounds from the deck and living room/bedroom. Quiet neighborhood we hadn’t explored before, and appreciated you allowed our dog to come. The turf on the deck was very thoughtful. We hope to return soon, thank you!

Very nicely appointed home. Spacious. Huge windows and deck to enjoy the view. The sounds of the ocean. We always look for cleanliness first and comfort second. This home was extremely clean. The King bedroom had an extremely comfortable mattress. The queen bedrooms mattress was a little soft for our family. They're very accommodating of pets and make having them in the home Easy for you. This was a great stay..

Nicely appointed, comfy beds, lots of towels, kitchen well stocked. The only reason it’s not 5 star is that the LVP floors were too slick for our dog. Just need more area rugs.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back next year! The home is very clean and well appointed. The BBQ grill is a great touch as well. The view is simply amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. We even got to see whales this time! It couldn't have been more perfect. Vickie and Jamie are fantastic with responding to questions and requests. We highly recommend this property!!

A much needed respite from busy, busy summer, in a beautiful setting. House was perfect for us. Gorgeous sunset, steak grilled on deck, morning coffee on deck, living area and kitchen conveniently arranged. Looking forward to next visit.

This place is MAGICAL! They have literally thought of every detail! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could possibly think of to prepare any meal! The space is so homey and comfortable, so much space, immaculate! The views are unreal! The beds are SO COMFY, never slept better! The beach was accessible via nearby stairs and we enjoyed a beautiful beach fire. We watched the gray whales in the distance all day with the binoculars we brought and the ones provided. We would love to return to this home, it's an absolute oasis! Thank you for sharing your dreamy place with others! It's a gem!

Nice house, clean, excellent high beach view 180 degrees. Our two-week stay went all too quickly and was enjoyable. Had a problem with the door key outside holding box which was quickly fixed. There were two maintenance issues which have been discussed with the owner and can be easily fixed. Overall, a comfortable property.

Great place with an amazing view of the ocean and beach. The home is outstanding and allowed our group to spread out when we had down time.

Had a great stay at this house, amazing view from the deck, it was perfect for watching the fireworks down the beach on the 4th!
