Stayed Jun 1, 20252 years in a row same week. Great house! Plenty of space. We like the big driveway and double carport. Wish the a/c would go lower than 72. 8 minute walk to beach. 40 seconds using our golf cart.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024Property is on a very busy main road.We found some parts of the house cleaner than others, lots of long dark hairs which did not belong to us.Bathrooms and kitchen need a renovation Location for beach good, 4 min walk

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Our stay was absolutely Amazing!!! Our expectations were exceeded by far. From the house to the beaches to the island itself, we have fallen in love and are already planning our next trip in November for our daughters 15th birthday. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!!!!!!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great stay near Holmes beach. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen stocked with what we needed. The pool and grill were perfect for a dinner at home. The beach was a short walk to the end of the street. The grocery store and restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024House was clean, it was plenty big enough for a family of 4. Bathrooms were a little dated, hot tub was non functional, but it was in the 90s and didn’t bother us. Bed mattresses were super firm (uncomfortable). Didn’t like the fact that thermostat wouldn’t go below 72 (by programming)but all in all it fit our needs. Also took about 10 minutes to stroll to the beach area, and gulf drive is very very busy and noisy.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024Very clean and very well equipped home with a great outdoor/pool area! There are pros and a cons to location… pros are that it is a couple block walk to the beach access, easy walk to restaurants and shopping, trolley stop right at the end of the road - cons are that it is the first house off of the main road. We were not expecting too much traffic seeing as it is an island and there is a noise ordinance for 10pm, but you really can hear every car that goes by at night… didn’t prevent us from sleeping or anything, but just more of an annoyance. The bathrooms and kitchen could use an update but that’s just appearances- everything worked beautifully! A note for the owners, it would have been convenient to be able to get into outside door downstairs :) We had a great stay despite the very minor drawbacks!! Thanks so much!
