Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Overall we really liked our stay and enjoyed the free activities. But they give you free activity for one person only, so you have to buy more for the family. It’s close to the ski area, love the heated parking garage. We have large SUV with skybox on top. Was afraid that our car might not able to get in especially with skybox, but it went in just perfectly. We have to get everyone all out before you can park inside as it’s very small garage.

    My family thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in a Winter Park Escapes condo: the unit was clean, well appointed, comfy, and was an easy walk/bike ride to dining, trails, etc. The resort itself was a 10-minute drive away, and had a great range of activities and events. We also did a half-day raft trip on the Colorado River near Kremmling, a 45-minute drive away. If you're not into tent camping and want access to both nature and amenities, this is a great option.

    Check in was really easy and the garage was a plus since we were in an arctic blast. I would note the garage fit my 4Runner but anything bigger will not fit. The condo itself was nicely stocked and a great location. The only thing I was disappointed in was the condition of the couches- they need to be replaced, leather is pealing up.

    This condo was the perfect spot after a long day on the slopes. My family of 3 had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub was a great way to end each day and we loved the close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and more. We will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

    The property was as advertised in a great spot and fun mountain decor! Well stocked kitchen! The price is reasonable but I'm not sure that makes up for the dirty floors and barely passable quality, but clean, sheets and bedding. There's a sign to take off your shoes, but when we did so the floor seemed sticky. I took a damp paper towel to wipe it and it was brown after just one or two swipes. No one had done anything but superficial dusting for a while and some dishes were in the cupboard dirty, one with egg on it. We chose not to inform management even though they were responsive because we wanted to enjoy our stay, weren't there much, and didn't want to have to coordinate anything with them. We would stay again pending other reviews around the cleaning. PS we have had rentals ourselves and like to find positives where we stay.
