Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect only a 5 min drive to go snowboarding/snow tubing. And there was a park nearby the kids loved to play at in the snow every day we were there. So glad we stayed here.

    On the Plus Side * Great location within walking distance of various restaurants and the bus stop. * Tastefully decorated. * Garage attached to unit so no need to scrape ice off the vehicle. * Plenty of condiments including hot sauces. * Snowplows arrived early to remove recent snow accumulations.

    We had a great stay. The condo is well equipped and was perfect for our needs. It's in a great location- walkable to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing. You park in the garage which was nice when the temperature dropped.
