Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     We loved the condo. Each bedroom enjoyed its own bathroom PLUS the half bath is conveniently located on the living floor. The hot tub was great for post slope relaxing. The garage warmed our cars and ski equipment every night. Both main bedrooms were roomy with plenty of storage. The bunk room was ideal for the 3 girls. Rhe condo is located central to winter park, slopes are of course very close.

    We had two families of four, which includes four teens. Everyone, parents and kids alike, loved this place. Nice kitchen wares, furniture, beds and very clean. We loved it!

    Ice machine wasn't working. I had to defrost. Drip pan on front of fridge missing a piece. Lights in stove hood are out. Small things. Fix for next. All in all great.

    These accommodations were perfect! Teenagers loved the space! Split level made it private and quiet. Clean, spacious and comfy. The garage was perfect for keeping vehicle protected from winter snow! Hated to leave but see you next year on the slopes!

    We came up here with the whole family, and had an unforgettable weekend. This unit is in perfect walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the shopping area. We will definitely will be coming back!
