Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicles can park in the complex onsite overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 017180.

    Very nice place. We did have trouble trying to set the thermostat lower. No matter what it was set at it stayed around 74 which was pretty warm. We all enjoyed our stay!!

    Very nice condo in downtown Winter Park, close to Rendezvous Park. Great view from the roof top patio. The 4th bedroom is very cramped, more suitable for kids than adults. Limiting dining space

    Absolutely delighted with our recent stay in Winter Park over spring break, and I can’t recommend this VRBO listing highly enough! From start to finish, our experience was seamless and filled with joy. What stood out to us was the attention to detail in every aspect of the amenities provided. It was clear that the owners had thought of everything to ensure their guests’ comfort and convenience. Whether it was the cozy bedding, the fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze, or the entertainment options available for those evenings in, we felt thoroughly taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better for us, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and, of course, the stunning natural beauty of Winter Park. It served as the ideal base for our adventures, and equally, a serene retreat to come back to. Given the fantastic time we had and the amenities that suited us so well, we’re already looking forward to our next stay.     Really nice house and you can’t pick a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. My only issue was that the hot tub kept turning off throughout the stay and was not usable for part of the time. If you’re not a hot tub person this might not be an issue but the hot tub was what myself and the rest of the guests were most excited about.

    This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of these winter park units and I'll definitely be back. They have plenty of space/beds/bathrooms for the price and the private hot tub has immaculate views. It is walking distance from the bus stop and also has a 2 car garage.

    The townhouse is spacious, nicely decorated, well stocked, modern and comfortable. Winter Park Ski Resort is just down the road and you are literally a short walk from several great restaurants. The rooftop hot tub was divine and offered great views. We would gladly stay here again.

    This new condo (one of many rowhouses in Downtown Winter Park) looks just like the photos on the listing. It is a true rowhouse with three flights of stairs, just FYI. The garage is long and narrow, two smaller vehicles will fit (such as a Rav4, or Q5, or mid-size cars) but larger trucks and SUVs will not fit. The rooftop hottub and patio table/chairs is a great amenity to enjoy the mountain view and the stars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, outdoor music venue, and a great trail system (with in-town fly fishing on the creek). The hosts were very responsive with a re-send of the wifi info, otherwise we had no issues at all.
