Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicle can park in the complex overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 007482.

    Great place to stay in a perfect location. The house is new and has a well equipped kitchen, great garage for parking and the hot tub was a bonus. The bunk bed in the hallway is not a bedroom, it is a bump out that is very small and sound travels straight up the stairs into that space. The bedrooms are just big enough to fit a bed, no nightstands which was annoying to us. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and each sleeper is provided with one pillow, so if you're driving in, bring pillows. Overall, a very clean and nice place to stay, just a few things they could do to make it great and keep guests coming back.

    We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park! The condo was a great location and walkable to so many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The ski shuttle stop was also conveniently located right outside the condo. Place was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub.

    We have stayed in several of the Winter Park Escapes properties and have always had excellent experiences. During this particular stay, we encountered an issue with an appliance and contacted the customer service representative. She was extremely helpful and quickly had a repair person on site. We will definitely book through Winter Park Escapes again!
