Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The condo was perfectly placed and well equipped. We had a couple of issues but the staff was attentive. We had a late flight departure and WPE allowed us to store our luggage in the garage so we could continue to explore.

    Had a great time at the property. We were able to make a great family meal. That kitchen had it all, knives were very dull. The space was perfect for our group. We did run out of bath towels unfortunately. We left none perishable foods in the fridge.. especially beer. Cheers.

    The location of the unit is great: close to the ski resort and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit is well appointed and super comfortable with all the necessary appliances and cozy fireplaces. The kitchen has every appliance we needed too. We were impressed that almost everything worked: the second bedroom's tv was hard to use and had inconsistent signal. We were disappointed that the noise of the boiler made it impossible to sleep downstairs. The kids tried and my spouse and I did too. Called the management company and they were quick to respond with a service visit, but the issue did not get resolved. Fortunately we made it work with the kids sleeping in the couch. While most everything was spotless clean, the dust accumulated on the blinds and dirty windows may us feel we were breathing unhealthy air. These really need to be cleaned for guests to feel welcome. Please also add the garage to the list of areas that need to be cleaned after stays.

    We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this unit. Great for our group. The shuttles were great and easy to use and the fact that downtown was easily walkable was wonderful. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Would certainly stay here again.

    Condo was great!! Kitchen fully loaded, used the crockpot, lots of pots and pans and kitchen utensils available. Hot tub was super! Lots of towels. Washer and dryer available. Heated garage with dryer for boots and gloves. We had a great time in this cozy place. Close to stores, restaurants and ski rental places. Bus stop around the corner. We definitely would like to come back.

    Our stay was very seamless from booking to check in to check out. The location was great - close to everything we needed or wanted. The only thing is that the driveway and roads within the property are not built for full sized suvs. We managed and we wouldn’t have brought any different vehicle. We took off our luggage rack to fit inside the garage. Property was perfect for our family and friends.
