Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The condo is close the ski resort plus walking distance to restaurants and bars apres ski. The condo is brand new, well equipped and immaculately clean. It would be fun place to visit in other seasons. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Left thinking about the next visit.

    Nice condo downtown. The unit was very clean and new. Elevator was super friendly for getting luggage up/down, or just heading up after a day on the slopes. 5 minute drive to Winter Park base, 10 minutes to Mary Jane base if you want free parking.

    Amazing stay at a very clean, well appointed, and conveniently located home. Management and the owners made us feel right at home. Honestly this condo had everything we could possibly need down to humidifiers for each sleeping area. The heated floors in the bathroom were very welcome as were the walk in closets for all of our gear and room to change clothes. The kitchen was very well thought out in terms of what is needed. Views were equally amazing. Thank you so much for an wonderful stay!
