Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the property and 1 additional vehicle can park in the complex overflow lot on a first come first served basis. STR license # 006966.

    Just returned from trip to Winter Park with family and friends. The townhouse was clean with great amenities including heated walking pads by the rooftop hot tub. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance and the Lift bus stop was very close.

    Place was great – the only thing I might add are some extra hooks to hang things in and around the bathroom and potentially along the stairs, and to leave directions on how to use the grills and the TVs, or potentially, how to get the speakers to work upstairs by the hot tub.

    The townhouse is exactly as described. It worked perfectly for our annual ski trip. There were 6 of us guys, so we all had our own bed. The ONLY critique I would give is that the 2 bunk rooms are VERY small. If you are travelling with kids, they are fine, but for 2 grown adults they are very small. There's hardly enough space to keep your luggage. Other than that, the place was great! The kitchen had all of the utensils and appliances needed. The living space could use better seating options. The hot tub on the roof has great views. The garage has enough space for two vehicles to park back to back. (We parked two full-size pickup trucks there with room to move around and maneuver our skis). Although we didn't use this option, the Lift (free transportation) bus station is literally right outside of the complex, probably 100 yards from the unit. Overall, great place to stay.

    The property was excellent for our 3-generation family ski trip. Condo was well stocked for cooking, plenty of space to hang gear to dry, and the rooftop hot tub was a great way to end the day! Location was great, less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop with littles that takes you directly to Winter Park. 10+ restaurants within walking distance. We felt this place was better than advertised, and the property management company is one of the best we’ve rented with.

    Place was exactly as described, clean, and fully stocked. Hot tub and view from roof were fantastic. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and the slopes. We were able to walk places even with all of the snow. The nearby construction really wasn't an issue (something I was concerned about). We will be staying with Winter Park Escapes again. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

    We booked this home for 8 skiers in our late twenties - it was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook full meals and it was amazing having 3.5 bathrooms. The hot tub was lovely on the roof and the heated garage was a big help. The Winter Park shuttle was very easy to use for transport to the mountain. Check-in and check-out was very easy. I would love to stay here again.
