The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max.     We enjoyed our three night stay! The market was a two minute walk to pick up wine and a few groceries. We also walked to Wake n Bacon for breakfast and would highly recommend! A quick drive to Fraser for the Saturday night rodeo was a perfect ending to our stay. We used the hot tub a couple times (which is across the street)…it was huge and had a spa like feel in the outdoors. All the beds were comfortable, though our guests preferred the pull out couch over the bunks.

    This place fit our needs perfectly. From the location to what the townhome had for amenities it is ideally set up. The only issue we had was the coffee maker was missing the coffee pot and within a few hours not only did we have a new coffee maker but complimentary coupons to a local coffee house for any inconvenience. This company truly puts the customer in customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for place to stay in Winter Park

    Our stay was excellent. The nearest shuttle bus was right in front of the condo and almost every shuttle passed our place making transportation to the ski slopes efficient. The best restaurants were in walking distance (recommend Hernando’s pizza). It was wonderful having a locker for our gear (although small) and our kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The place was also stocked with laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Our one complaint is that our entire group of guests developed hot tub folliculitis…gross! And there’s no easy number to contact to inform the host since all communication is via a company. Otherwise, check in and check out was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

    The stay was fantastic. The location of the place was great and walkable to lots of things to do. We were able to find multiple walks and hikes nearby that were gorgeous. The loft was beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the loft and the activities we were able to do.

    Lovely condo In very convenient location! Everything was terrific! The property management company seemed really on it! Likely the best and easiest management company we’ve seen after renting condos in the area for at least a decade. Well done! Highly recommend!
