Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max.     I stayed with a buddy at Hideaway Station 307 while our daughters were at fall ski camp. The condo is modern, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The underground parking garage is a nice bonus. The great location in the middle of town allowed us to walk to stores and restaurants and there are hiking trails right outside the door. I highly recommend Hideaway Station.

    This is the second year we have stayed here for the annual Jazz fest and once again found it to be the perfect spot. The units are clean, beautiful and perfect for small gatherings with friends. The kitchen had all the necessities and the unit itself was comfortable and cozy. It's also walking distance to great restaurants and to the music venue itself. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

    This property was beautifully maintained and perfectly appointed. It's in the heart of downtown Winter Park in walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, the lovely market just next door, and the Rendezvous Music Venue for free Thursday summer shows, and in incredible lineup of artists all summer long. The service was rapid and excellent. We will be back soon!

    Modern beautifully decorated condo! Plenty of towels, dishes, cooking pans. Great views from the windows and balcony. The furniture and beds were comfy. The area was safe and the underground parking garage secure. We enjoyed the awesome hot tub as well! Loved everything about it and highly recommend!

    Great location, very centrally located…walk to market, restaurants and bars. Very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Plenty of room for a family to spread out or hang out. We would stay again when returning to Winter Park.

    Wonderful brand new apartment in a perfect location. Walk to restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Only reason we give a 4 and not 5 is due to beds in both bedrooms being queen size. Having at least a king size in the main bedroom, would turn this rental into a 5+.
