Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Loved the location and access to Winterpark! The property was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen pans could use replacing and a basic toolbox would have made it perfect for doing what we needed for the week.Property manager was communicative. Would stay again.

    Only complaints is shouldn't use stained sheets and a mattress cover should be used. Also, needs to be cleaned better, it was so dusty/hair on most of the fixtures. Other than that, really nice place and great location. I would stay again.

    The place was clean, well appointed, and well located. We had a fantastic time! The ski resort was a short shuttle ride away, and the slopes were awesome! We visited Sulphur Hot Springs, the Ice Skating rink, and many of the local shops. Thanx for everything, we will be back!

    Right on Main Street near lots of restaurants and a grocery store. You will not need to drive anywhere. Very comfortable living accommodation.

    This was a wonderful home. So cozy and loved how the bedrooms were all upstairs! Two of the rooms had a sound machine - great thinking. The only thing I would have liked was if the bedroom had black out curtains so I could sleep in. Loved how easy it was to catch the shuttle and ride to the slopes. Also, there is a movie theater and bowling alley with an arcade, about 1 block away for the kids . Everything was walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs had amazing, coffee and beer. Will definitely be back!!

    Beautiful place to stay in Winter Park. Convenient location to restaurants, grocery store, Winter Park Resort and Granby Ranch. Home was beautiful and clean and had all the necessities for a condo. Ski equipment storage in basement was perfect to keep boots and helmets warm. Internet and TV and were excellent. Had all the modern necessities you need. Would definitely stay here again.
