Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes 1 assigned parking space, and 1 additional parking space available on a first come first serve basis. STR license # 022358.

    The condo was clean and quiet. It had everything that we needed. There are restaurants and a coffee shop close by. Winter park is right down the road. The Frasier tubing hill is wonderful and close to the condo.

    The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable beds and close to a bus stop, grocery store and restaurants. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

    Perfect location in the middle of Winter Park. Walking distance from many trails, shops, and restaurants. The adorable condo was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

    Very beautiful and cozy loft. The beds are also very comfortable. The loft is also located very close (walking distance) to a large variety of restaurants and bars. It was nice to have a few drinks and not have to worry about driving or Uber. We would definitely stay here again.
