Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Very nice place overall with plenty of space and well equipped. Just was not expecting to have to walk across the street in the cold weather to enjoy the hot tub (but hot tub was nice)

    The Condo was really nice but in GREAT need of a DEEP CLEANING the walls, doors and baseboards heavily soiled and LOTS of DOG Hair every where, SHOWERS were starting to show mildew. I think yor cleaning crew needs to be replaced. But other than that was nicely located near to everything.

    Great location close to market, coffee shops, Rec Center, and walking distance to plenty of food options. Condo has excellent modular sleeping configurations and comfortable lounging space. Well stocked with laundry detergent, spices etc. Would definitely rent / stay here again.

    We loved our stay at Hideaway Station TS14! It was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed eating in and cooking in the awesome kitchen! We loved the hot tub at night as a fun wind down. We have stayed in Winter Park in this same neighborhood twice now. We love the convenience to Winter Park, Fraser and Grand Lake. It is so majestically beautiful here! We love it and look forward to returning in the future. Would definitely recommend this property 10/10!
