Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There were so many nice touches that added to the enjoyment of the unit. While it was a corner unit facing a busy street, inside the condo was very quiet. We really enjoyed out stay and would stay there again.

    The condo was perfect for our family of 6. My in-laws slept in one room, my husband and I slept in the other, and our 2 boys slept in the bunk beds. They loved that! Everything was very clean, and the location was central to most everything in Winter Park. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was also awesome, along with the cozy fireplace. The beds were also surprisingly very comfortable… I do have a few hypercritical conplaints… 1st, the parking. The spot that was supposed to be for only us was always taken up by other people—mostly cleaners/workers it seemed. 2nd, the advertised amenities. The hot tub is awesome—large and very hot and relaxing; however, it’s across the road and not easy to access. We hated walking across in our swimsuits through the freezing cold, especially dripping wet. And there is no heated pool onsite. It’s down the road at a separate location and costs money to visit. I feel like those 2 amenities were a bit mis-advertised. 3rd, the shower pressure was a bit underwhelming. It wasn’t awful, but a little more pressure would have been nice. Lastly, workers came to replace the dishwasher during the last bit of our stay. They did let me know a few days in advance that they’d be coming, which was considerate, but we had to handwash all of our dishes every day for most of the trip. Not a HUGE deal, but when I asked for some sort of discount, they told me they would check on it but never did… Overall, we would stay here again. Very nice.

    The condo went beyond our expectations!!! Loved the location, perfect for walking to many restaurants and stores!!! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Loved watching the snow fall while sitting in front of the fire! A perfect place for a winter get away!!!

    This place was perfect for our winter family vacation. It slept all 7 of us very comfortably. We watched the snow fall and admired the beautiful views of the town and Christmas lights. The location is walking distance to the market, restaurants and bars. It was equipped with everything we needed (including a washer and dryer) and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and brand new Xbox setup. This condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for sharing your little slice of winter park heaven with our family.
