Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The patio was comfortable to relax on. The location was perfect for walking to trails and restaurants. The owner was very quick to reply. I would highly recommend this unit.

    Great condo with nice amenities. The unit had almost everything we needed - there was almost no shampoo and conditioner in one of the bathrooms upon arrival. The only issue was the pool card reader gave us a little trouble. The activities credit were a huge plus although they were not the easiest to arrange.

    Well-equipped, clean condo with a great coffee maker! Good location - the kids enjoyed the games and sledding hill at the park across the street. Comfortable beds with lots of extra bedding available. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, etc. Would stay again!
