Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Condo is convenient walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. View is mostly woods and mountains although new homes are under construction across from this building. Unit was quiet except for noise from unit above (dogs running?). Did not use any of the activity discounts since they did not match our interests.

    The house is very nice. Everything is fairly new. The layout is great. The patio is beautiful. There is some construction going on behind the house across the street, so that's kind of noisy during the day. The free activities to do around the area are a ton of fun and made us choose this property!

    Our group of four adults had an amazing stay at the Timber Fox condo managed by Winter Park Escapes! The location was unbeatable—walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do in Winter Park. The condo itself was spotless and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. Communication with Winter Park Escapes was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Thank you for a fantastic experience—we'll definitely be back again!

    We loved the condo! It's all brand new and we had an amazing view of the mountain from our living room and primary suite. There is a bus stop right at the complex entrance that takes you straight to the ski lifts. It's walking distance to several shops, bars,restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay again!!!

    Nice place, but the cleaners didn't clean very good. Floors weren't swept dishes still in dish washer. Coffee grains still in coffee pot and was molded.but other than that nice place and great location
