Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     This condo was very comfortable and spacious for our family ski trip. Easy access to Winter Park ski resort and walkable to restaurants and shops in downtown Winter Park along with city bus system. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you needed for a week stay. The hot tub on the deck was great bonus after a long day on the slopes.

    This condo was great for two families. The inside was very new and nice. We loved the large covered deck with a very decent sized hot tub. The location couldn't be better. We visited for the Blues music festival at Hideaway Park and being able to walk back and forth from the park to the condo was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
