Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Beautiful townhouse! Our family of five adults all loved our stay in Winter Park. The home itself is stunning and we were all impressed with how well decorated and comfortable it was. The location was perfect, only a short drive to the ski resort with incredible views from every window. There are also some beautiful hiking trails nearby to explore. We all appreciated the private hot tub on the deck after a day of skiing. The open space kitchen/family room with its oversized loungers, large screen tv and gas fireplace was where we hung out in the evenings. Communication with the host was clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again. As a special bonus, we got to witness a mother moose and her baby meandering through the neighborhood one evening at dusk!
