Downtown WestChester Casa with King Beds

This cozy little gem was perfect for my family of 4! Will try stay again!! A++++

Great location. Very comfortable beds, good shower. And walking distance to beautiful parks. A 5 star property except for some minor issues. It’s set up for 4 people but living area only has a small sectional. Kitchen has a bar stool table so it’s not very comfortable for the 4th person to pull up a barstool in the living room. A small chair would be a great addition.And they could update the dishes, glasses and knives - seems like pieces have gone missing and not been replenished

We come to Anchorage often but this was our first time staying at this place. We loved it! We plan to return. The parking was so easy, check in was simple and everything so comfortable.

The property was a little difficult to find from the alley as there were no house numbers on the car port. However, once inside, the duplex was pleasant, clean, and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was super clean and had very comfortable rooms and options for sleeping! Just so you know the kitchen sink faucet needs to be tightened!

I had a wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place was spotless—truly one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I’ve stayed at in Anchorage. It easily compares to (and even surpasses) many hotels in the area. The location was quiet and tucked away, yet still central enough to reach most places quickly. The host was excellent—very responsive, accommodating, and communicative throughout my stay.

It was perfect for my extended stay in Anchorage for work. The place was clean with appliance updates and easy access to walking trails and local spots. The management company was responsive and helped to navigate an issue that came up with me having to extend my stay. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Duplex was just as described. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities like coffee, good shampoo, etc. We will stay again!

Great property in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Anchorage. Two bedrooms are great size with good quality. Bathroom is very good. Kitchen is good, albeit tight for more the. One person. The kitchen could use more than 4 plates and other dishes. In addition, the table only has four chairs, but the unit can sleep six with the pull-out couch. Overall, excellent property in a very quiet neighborhood with good parking g and easy access. Highly recommend if you are not doing a ton of cooking.

Just a few simple words: super clean, safe and quite neighborhood, walking distance to playground and walking and hiking trail along the shore, easy commute to downtown. Our family had a great time.

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days for my niece’s graduation at UAA. The place is nice & cozy. We did allot of cooking. But the kitchen was VERY small. 2 ppl in there at once was too crowded so we cooked in shifts. The place was clean. Not spotless. As I was sweeping, I lifted the living room carpet. Found it had not been swept underneath. Then there were some small things like wiping off the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Some dust had collected on it. Also, there were no cleaning supplies. So we purchased our own. I’m not sure if I missed it in the description, but there appeared to be no AC. Also, some of the window blinds were broken. And no screens in the windows. With all the cooking, it got hot. But we didn’t want to leave the windows open for fear of birds flying in. Bedrooms were on the basement level so those rooms stayed cool. But overall, the place was clean. Plenty of towels & extra bedding. We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the washer/dryer. Great location from stores like Walmart, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

We stay here often, and we always love it! It's clean, spacious, and quiet.

Please read the description before booking and don’t be like us — caught off guard by the 300 deposit lol. Other than that the stay was amazing! Everything was clean and there was a nice amount of space for everyone. Would absolutely stay again.

The location of this home is great, and the home itself looks just like it does in the pictures! Everything was very clean and outfitted for just about everything you'd need for a stay. We would definitely return when visiting Anchorage.
