Downtown w/ Views, Hot Tub Overlooking the Lake and Steps to Tubbs Hill

Great home close to the lake and Tubbs hill… the hot tub was hot and clean! Beds were comfy! Would stay again!

Overall the most perfect location. So close to Tubbs Hill and restaurants. Hot tub was a plus!! Host was a little tardy on day one communication but she answered all further emails promptly. Anne came over and helped with keypad issues and getting rid of a bees nest. Definitely a responsive host!!

Fantastic location & very clean & quiet neighborhood which was good for our autistic son. A very Beautiful home. Has an amazing location to the water, trails, & town. We loved everything was walking distance. The hosts really were great communicators & checked to make sure that we had everything. The only issue was the last day was a plumbing issue. We went into town before leaving & it seemed to be the same issue. Not sure if it was a city thing or not, due to all the celebration in town that weekend. You definitely will love your stay at this home.

Idyllic location and amazing home! This place had everything you could want for a family. It was comfortable and conveniently located right downtown. We are originally from the area and loved being able to walk right downtown from the house. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone traveling to Couer D Alene

Logistics were great: check-in, check-out, communication with the owner. Loved the location: public beach half a block away, Tubs Hill across the street, downtown a short walk/drive away, everything else nearby. The cottage was wonderful: had multiple fairly large groups of family over and the place handled it well, it was extremely well equipped and wonderfully decorated. Everything needed was handy. Bottom line: we're highly likely to come back for another trip and would recommend it, just as a friend did for us.

Great, cozy home and the location was stellar!

1st I had difficulty getting in because the front door lock's battery was low and I had to try multiple times and make several calls to get a hold of someone while I was standing in the cold.2nd the master bedroom had a terrible hum all night from the hot tub heater we think. The wall actually vibrated too. We never did use the hot tub. Really liked the kitchen table and view and the LR little sitting area and view. Also it was great being right next to the Tubbs trail.

We loved our stay here. The cottage is very well-appointed and true to the listing. It was very comfortable and the loft rooms were fun. Plus the location is fantastic - the stunning 2-mile loop trail around Tubbs Hill is steps away, the neighborhood is beautiful, the lake is just across the street, and downtown is an easy walk. Hot tub on the deck was also a treat. Can’t be beat! I hope to return.

The property and location was great. It was a little bit difficult for 4 sisters to stay upstairs with no bathroom. We did Tubbs Hill and the beach. We all had a very good time, enjoyed the hot tub and never once turned om the television. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cottage.

This was a very relaxing, enjoyable getaway! This little cottage was perfect for us, great view of Lake Coeur d'Alene on a quiet, safe street and area. Jihan and Like were so helpful and prompt in getting back to our texts or phone calls! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely little cottage!
