Reviewer Comments: This Park Avenue rental had everything we needed for our sisters' weekend. It had enough space, and had all of the amenities you'd need for the weekend. It was even walking distance from downtown, which really helped. I would definitely stay here again.

Our VRBO was fantastic in all ways - the apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern - while the location was directly in the middle of the activities we participated in - great walking distance for all! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

We stayed for 2 weeks, and I was able to work remotely the first week.We had an issue with the powder room toilet handle that was fixed within 2 hours.

Having the lovely park on one side of the building and a 5 minute walk to the water on the other was wonderful! Was quiet and very clean. If we vacation in TC again this will be the first place we check for availability
