Downtown Suite Across the Street

This is such an adorable little home. We loved the mid-century decor and watching the sunset over Thumb Butte from the rocking chairs on the little front patio. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location, a quick walk to the Courthouse and all the fun shops and restaurants. Be sure to try Farm Provisions. We went there for my Leapday husband’s birthday and it was so delicious. We’d love to return one day.

The place was just right for the two of us and our pup. We were able to walk to everything.

We only stayed one night but this house was so cute!! Conveniently located, short walk to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

The square footage belies the feel of this place. There was ample room for my wife and I and it felt much larger than advertised. The furniture and bed were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We got a couple of free concerts thanks to The Hassayampa across the street while enjoying our porch in the evenings. We loved the location and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the square. Only two issues to note, there are several parking lots abutting the property and one early morning a loud stereo and car occupants hanging woke us up. Also there is no dishwasher. Neither of these bothered us but it is worth noting. We will definitely be booking again here again. It has made it on our list of favorite places we’ve rented.

We loved this darling house and were so appreciative that it was dog friendly. We are responsible pet owners and our dog left no trace. Loved the location, the front porch that looks out towards Thumb Butte and town. The only detail that needs attention is water faucet in the shower that tends to drip.

This is go-to rental when we travel to Prescott. If it’s available for our dates, we’re booking it!

This rental is absolutely adorable! They put a lot of effort into the detail and decor. The host was super helpful and even got me an early check in where I otherwise would have had to hang out at a coffee shop for half a day so super grateful for that! The one thing I would say is they did not have any filtration system for drinking water such as a water pitcher in the fridge which would have been great so that I didn’t have to drink tap or buy water out. Overall great stay! Highly recommend!

Perfectly located for a weekend in historic downtown.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as advertised,such a cozy and charming home. The location couldn’t have been better; we parked our car when we arrived and hardly needed it since we could easily walk into town. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Great location to downtown Prescott. Felt like home with all the amenities needed from kitchen basics to laundry

This was such a great spot to spend a night and enjoy Prescott. Jessica and Geiler were great hosts, letting us check in early and were communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the morning sun and rocking in the chairs on the front porch in the warm afternoon heat. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed!

Everything about Jessica and Geiler’s suite was fabulous! Great location, and the suite could not have been cuter or more comfortable. They have really thought of everything to make their visitor’s stay relaxing and completely enjoyable!

This was the second time we came to Prescott for Christmas. We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. The owners allowed us to check in early because there were no other guest before us, which was so convnient. Otherwise, we would have had to wait around for 4 hours, to get in, once we arrived in Prescott. We were able to get all settled and then go sightseeing. We had a little trouble with the WIFI and the owners popped over immediately to help us out with that. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the king bed was very comfortable. Lovely fixtures in the wash room which match the architectural era of the house. The description of the location was better than we expected. Just a short walk to the Courthouse and Wiskey Row. The owners referred us to a few good restaurants within walking distance. Actually, there was a good restaurant, Red White and Brew, a half a block away, where we had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner. There is a fenced in back yard so we could let our dog out, without worry. It has a nice BBQ too. There were plenty of paper products, towels and sheets. It has a coffee grinder to make our morning coffee. The house is much larger than it looks in the pictures. I hated to leave, but we will be back again next year.

Nicely appointed suite had everything we needed for our stay in Prescott. The property is conveniently located a short walk to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square with many choices for dining. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. We'll definitely book the Downtown Suite Across the Street again when visiting Prescott. Thanks!

Stayed here three straight weekends!! Enjoyed evenings on the porch. Comfy furnishings. Great location that is easily walkable to so many restaurants!

I had a great stay here with my dog. The house itself is really cute, especially as a big fan of early 1900s Victorian houses - its high ceilings give it a very spacious, airy feeling. The location is right downtown, so I could do a quick walk to a coffee shop, dinner, or around the courthouse. I would love to stay here again on my next trip up to Prescott.

We were running away to cooler weather for a few days. This place was the best! Very comfy and lots of extra touches included in the house. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed being able to walk to the courthouse square area. We highly recommend for couples visiting Prescott

Great location with a perfect little yard for the dogs and a great neighborhood to walk them! Easy walk to the main square with lots of historical landmarks and restaurants. Very quiet. Loved our stay here. Washer and dryer is a plus!

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the place was somehow even cuter in person. Check in couldn’t have been made easier including the parking directions. Location was perfect and loved the closed in outdoor area for my doggo. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bed super comfy! Would absolutely recommend/ stay again.

We stayed at this super cute home cottage vibe close to downtown Prescott within walking distance of the town celebrating my boyfriend‘s 50th birthday. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that the surprise was extra special by decorating the home prior to us getting there. And Above and beyond by picking up a cheesecake to surprise him with. we definitely plan on coming back I couldn’t have asked for a better host.
