Reviewer Comments: Great house for golf or family and it’s a perfect location relative to downtown. Management is responsive and house has been upgraded. Kitchen and bathrooms are brand new.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and plenty of other golf courses.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Place was awesome and accommodating. Everything was walking distance and golf courses were close by. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
