Downtown, Single Story & WD, Updated

The bungalow is conveniently located near downtown and a short drive to Fort Benning. It was very clean and well decorated. Very cozy. Host was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again when in the Columbus area.

Very cute and clean

Looks nothing like the listing, we rented the house weeks before flying across the country to see our military son. The day we arrived I got a message asking me names and information on who was going to be there don’t you get screened before you book or during booking not the day your coming through the door. Then arrriving we noticed everything was empty all bathroom essentials cotton ball on in jar no qtips shower trickling water no hand towels and this toilet paper stuffed in window seals to stop the air pouring through the holes and the toilet paper was brown and crusty. No caulk just toilet paper and the floors were filthy a shower had slime on tiles and black mold and built up all over. Listing states closet in bedrooms well there was one and it wasn’t accessible it had a dirty ironing board in it and junk and boxes. No dressers nowhere to put clothes. And it was 39 degrees our first night no comforters on beds we froze. Host was contacted and she said someone was coming to clean and drop off essentials coffee & creamer and sweetener that was also in listing qtips shampoo ect. she then told me a Maintenance man would be coming we waited all day no one showed up we lost a whole day. There was food left out & Bugs flying around house Drain flys and coming out of all Drains and NO BLANKETS ON BEDS IN 39 degrees. Host would not help us we left. Listing shows bedding. Very bad experience

Very cute house located in a great location. We could walk everywhere, it was conveniently located to the River Walk, as well all of the local restaurants in town. The house was clean, the host was very responsive and checked in often to make sure the stay was adequate.

The place was perfect!!! Updated and very clean. When I walked in I was like this is so nice. Then as I got cold the blanket smelled so good. All the linens smelled so good and everything was so nice and clean. We walked to almost everything we did. Downtown was like a 10 min walk and was perfect. Minnie’s across the street made for some great home cooking. Anytime I needed anything Michelle was perfect!! Would def stay here again.

The house was exactly how it’s listed. I didn’t catch that there was only street parking, this wasn’t a problem, although a few times we weren’t super close to the house. There is not a tv in the bedroom. Overall 5 stars for meeting the listing expectations.

This home was just the perfect stay for us and our son in his turning green ceremony. Close but not next to base - a few short blocks to a beautiful and historic downtown Columbus.

We were in town for an event at Ft Benning. The house was a perfect launching pad for our visit. Located conveniently near the base and the old downtown area, we were easily able to make it to all of our events. The property manager was VERY responsive and took care of an issue we had in a timely manner and the workers were very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this cute house for your stay! (Also, check out the Cat’s Meow and Minnie’s across the street!)

Dont buy the insurance, its a big joke, make shure they cover what your looking for. I paid for it and my son ended up getting moved for his job, work from Columbus to rome Ga and we had to cancel with 2 weeks left before our stay even.They said oh insurance doesnt cover that so we lost half our money. MUST BE AJOKED

I was in town to meet up with my husband for his OCS graduation. I was here for about 5 days, and the house was the perfect size and in a great location. I was able to walk to several local restaurants, and we even enjoyed the live music on Friday after he was allowed to leave base. Owner was easy to get ahold of, and got me in instantly when I was struggling with the lock. Thank you so much! I would 100% recommend.

First, let me say that communication with Michelle the owner was fantastic. She was always quick to reply. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. The bed we slept in was comfortable (we didn’t use the other room but it seemed comfy as well) and I got the best sleep I’ve had in months. I highly recommend

Celebrated our son’s Turning Green ceremony and had such a nice home for him to relax in for the weekend!

We were visiting family for Christmas. We enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. It's a beautiful home with renovations that make it very comfortable. There were no issues. It's a quiet place and we always had a place to park right in front. the

Great listing, well advertised and up kept. Great friendly quiet neighborhood, with in walking distance to a great area of the town. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking to experience the area.

Clean, great location

The location of this rental was perfect for us. We were in town to attend my boyfriend’s Turning Green Ceremony and Army Graduation. This house was located walking distance from the downtown area, 10 mins from base, and there was the convenience of walmart 8 mins away for any groceries. Michelle was super kind and easily accessible if we had any questions. Everything was very clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone else coming to Columbus for a Ft. Moore graduation! Our soldier was able to come back with us during family day and take a nap and shower here and he loved it just as much as we did.

The house was perfect for me and my family. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Moore. This house is only 10 minutes from base and minutes from downtown. It was as pictured and ready for us when we arrived. The host was very communicative.

This shotgun style house has Southern charm and modern functionality. The location couldn't be better with walkable access to historic downtown restaurants and shops!

Enjoyable and great location. Needed clothes rack or another closet.
