Cute little house that was perfect for our quick trip. Everything from food to entertainment is within walking distance.

The house was clean. Linda and Katherine were very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was good. The curb is approximately 12 inches high. Be careful of the front end of your car when parking on a slant in front of the house. Great location!

Cute home with lots of character and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We did hear the upstairs guests both nights from about 12-1am, not being particularly loud, but definitely easy to hear voices and footsteps. If someone is a light sleeper, it's best to bring a white noise machine or fan to drown out sounds. We enjoyed the stay overall and loved the proximity to restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you!

The owner was very communicative and provided for our needs quickly. The space is decorated nicely and slept our family of five comfortably. The A/C unit is only in the main room, so bedrooms have no air conditioning. When windows/screen doors are cracked, it's comfortable. Close to several spots downtown.

Overall, a good stay. Kitchen and bathrooms are small. Communication with host was great.

This property is idealy located to walk downtown and is an incredible value for the price. Two very large bedrooms, each with their own bath a very comfortable living room room and a completely stocked kitchen.

Location was central and ideal to activities and restaurants. Parking was easy and kitchen was fully stocked. Rental was very kid friendly. Beds were comfortable. Property was a little older and felt that way in certain spaces. Communication with host was slow but nothing was an emergency, so overall just fine. For the location alone, I would recommend staying here. Everything else was a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

This house has the perfect location for CC and downtown. We were able to walk to campus and stroll through downtown's great selection of restaurants. We were also within driving distance of the Gardens of the Gods and Red Rocks Open Space. This house is on the older side, so it has its own character and charm. The tenants upstairs could be heard walking around and talking at times, but for the most part, it didn't impact our stay. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it looked fully stocked for any of your needs.

This is a lovely home within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive. Street parking was never a problem. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

Lots of charm and a great location for visiting Colorado Springs. Check-in was simple, and the host provided timely communication both before and throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the spacious living area with a large, comfortable couch. One detail we really appreciated was the variety of lighting options, including overhead lights, standing lamps, desk lamps, and nightlights. The home was clean upon arrival. It’s an older house, so expect some quirks that come with the historic charm.There were a few minor inconveniences. The kitchen didn’t seem quite as well stocked as described in the listing. There was no dish soap or sponge, no olive oil, and only two coffee K-cups for a five-night stay. We also didn’t find kitchen towels or a broom and dustpan for quick cleanups. The grill’s propane tank was empty when we arrived, though the host did replace it during our stay. Since the grill is mentioned in the home’s title, it might be helpful to check that ahead of time. It also would have been helpful to have extra trash bags and additional bathroom linens available. Lastly, the listing should note that the washer and dryer are located in a common area and require quarters to use.

The home was well maintained and provided all we needed for an enjoyable stay including games, kitchen supplies, and great bedding. It is an older home so the shower and toilets are quite small compared to new standards but it is all well maintained. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed walking to restaurants

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location as well and so close to downtown. It made it so convenient for us since it was so close to everything. The host made the stay lovely and we had a seamless check in and check out. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish. There was an electrical issue, but they let us know ahead of arrival and offered a solution so it didn’t inconvenience our trip at all. They were also kind enough to allow early check-in and late check-out, which made everything even smoother. We really appreciated how proactive and accommodating they were and would happily stay again.

Overall it was great, but it was a dirty place. The bathroom with the tub had hair all over the place when we first arrived. We also found a sock in a couch cushion and under a pillow on the couch, that was not ours! We also didn’t realize we would have people above us, which was fine. However, they woke us up around 1am a couple nights and were usually making noise around 6am.

Host was friendly and helpful. We recommend this place. So many activities and beautiful scenery of the mountains and downtown there was a skating rink that our family enjoyed. Very homely atmosphere even though we were states away. So that’s a plus.

Location to downtown was great!

A quirky little property, close to lots Colorado Springs has to offer, we enjoyed our long weekend stay. The property was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the host very communicative. Not the fanciest place, but very comfortable and a great price point.

This is a great location within Colorado Springs - very close to CC's beautiful campus as well as downtown - extremely walkable and easy to park at. There were some issues with the listing versus reality (dirty dish towels, expired food out, and plywood over the windows in the second bedroom that weren't in the photos) - but overall, a comfortable place to stay. However, I did choose this in part for the amenity of a washing machine, which the listing said it had, but the washing machine was in a shared basement space and was pay-only, which I don't consider to be the same as the expected in-home (free) washing machine that one assumes when seeing that amenity listed without caveats.

Property was clean and as pictured.Beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants etc and maybe it was just a noisy weekend but could hear a lot of vehicle noise overnight. Had a bit of an issue contacting property manager when the smart lock didn’t work on our last day. Aprox 30 min delay in a response but she did eventually get us back into property and indicated we could have a late check out due to the issue. Things happen though.

This is a great place to stay if you are in town visiting a student at CC or want to be near downtown Colorado Springs for business or pleasure. Easy, level walking to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Plenty of space for your stuff (we were moving a student into college, so we needed space). Easy parking. Plenty of seating for the whole family. Very clean, and host responsive to questions. Excellent value. Recommend!

This property was perfect. It’s in a great location and had all of our needs met. The host provided us all the information we needed and her responses to any questions I had were timely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. I would gladly stay there again if I return to the area

Perfect for our small family. Enjoyed the patio swing ALOT! The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, quiet and relaxing!Communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend. Next time I'm in town, I'll stay again!

We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and the park. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, historic charm. Make sure you bring quarters for the shared laundry facility. We made a run to the penny arcade to make change (what a fun excuse to play games)!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was in place, clean, and plentiful. No dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash. This place is the main floor of a historic home, which has been divided up for rentals on the top floor. The tenants were quiet … no issues at all, but of course you will hear them coming and going. A short walk took us to downtown COS to shops and dining. Parking was always available.

Great spot, centrally located, clean, and all the necessary tools needed for a short or extended stay. Host was a great communicator and most importantly, quick. Will stay here again when the need arises.

My husband and I and our two friends stayed here for a night on our drive from Texas to Steamboat. It was a perfect location and walking distance to downtown. Check-in was easy, the heater worked great and we were very comfortable during our stay. Will plan to stay again on our next time through town!
