Downtown Retreat - A++ Location W/ Private Heated Pool/Hot Tub

Well maintained home in the heart of Old Town Key West.

This home was so close to many sites! It was neat and clean, and well-stocked for our needs.

There was a large water leak in the ceiling that dripped onto the kitchen, the dining table, and the living room. This lasted during our entire 2 week stay and was not fixed. We constantly had to use towels to clean up the water. Also, the TV and dishwasher did not work and were replaced after 10 days of not working. Loud construction noise next door from 9am to 5pm everyday.

The location is ideal. If you have two cars, you might want to do a little research on where to park the second car. The pool was great! The unit was clean. we conveyed to the owner that the dishwasher and blender needed to be fixed or replaced. We would stay here again though.

The house was clean, neat, and located in a prime area. It’s an old-style home, which I personally liked and found charming.

Great location for Duval Street, but the neighboring area was a bit seedy...

The property was in a great location, check-in was very easy, and the house itself was spacious and accommodating for our party. However, the property manager scheduled a tour of the home without giving us any notice and allowed guests inside while we were out exploring the town. With all of our personal belongings left in the house, this felt very unsafe and unprofessional.

Great Location!

This house is very comfortable, and it is in a great location for walking in Old Town. Fastivo's Food Market on the corner was very handy. Parking in Key West is expensive and a challenge so we were grateful for the assigned parking space. My husband and I came with another couple.Having each bedroom with its own bath was huge. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the chef's kitchen and cooling off in the pool after a day of sightseeing. My recommendations: this house, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, the Hemingway House, and Truman's Little White House. I hope to come back again.

We loved how close this is to Duval Street! The house is gorgeous! Parking was limited but normal for Key West. Thank you! We had an amazing time!!

My family of four had plenty of space in this lovely home on Bahama Street between Fleming and Southard, just one short block away from the shops and restaurants of Duval Street. Check-in was easy, and the checkout to-do list was not terribly long (strip the sheets and start a load of towels). Beds are comfy, and the small pool turned out to be a nice amenity for our group. We enjoyed being there.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were very comfortable, enjoyed the small pool, we could walk to everything, and the check in process was super simple. We had three kids and a baby - great for kids too! Thanks for a wonderful experience in Key West!

This property is amazingly situated and very well appointed. We have stayed here several times, and it does not disappoint in any respect. The convenience of location (and parking) is amazing and cannot be beat. It's enough off the main street to be comfortably quiet, but you can still enjoy the live music at a level which does not impede conversation while outside. Super clean with high end finishes. The private pool is mostly shaded, which is wonderfully refreshing after being out and about.

Great location, lots of room. Really enjoyed our stay.

This a very nice house right in the middle of old town key west. It has a great outside area with a small pool/hot tub combination that also has a water fall wall. You are on the back side of Duvall st with all the amenities just a short walk away ( food store, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, coffee, retail outlets and bike rentals). I would definitely rent this again

Perfect for our group of 4 friends (2 couples). Back patio with pool was lovely. Kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Location could not be beat.

We enjoyed the property, all was perfect and what we expected except the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. We weren't sure about some of the sheets so we washed them to be safe.

The property overall was great! Great location and the property was pretty quiet. Marc was very responsive and took care of our needs right away. His maintenance guy was awesome and very nice!

The house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and the location was amazing. We were able to walk to Duval St and Mallory Square. It was very quiet at night. Our kids loved having the pool too. Mark was awesome and very responsive! It was a wonderful trip to the Keys!

Overall a very nice home and location. I was worried about noise from Duval street but it was very quiet. Home was nice and you can’t beat the location to all the activities and restaurants also. Steps to a well stocked Fausto’s supermarket. Very enjoyable.

My family had a wonderful vacation in Key West. This house was beautiful! I’ve stayed in Key West several times and this is by far my favorite location. Very close to Duval and the Marina. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife and shopping at your fingertips. Will definitely stay here again.
